Before contributing information, please first search the Knowledge Base.
The information you want to share may already be available, and checking first helps to prevent duplicate work for the volunteers.
When submitting information:
- Keep submissions clear, factual, and easy to understand.
- Include enough detail for people to understand the topic
Where possible, include:
• official links,
• dates,
• source information, or
• details that can help verify the information.
Do not submit the same information multiple times - we will simply delete all of your submissions without reviewing them.
You are welcome to use this form if:
• you have noticed incorrect or outdated information,
• you would like to share a verified update,
• you have personal experience that may help others,
• you would like to contribute an answer to a common question, or
• you have found an official source, document, or resource that may benefit the community.
Please also note:
This form is not a support ticket system.
We do not collect personal contact information and we do not reply directly to contributors.
The only confirmation you will receive is the message shown after clicking Submit.
All submitted information will be reviewed before publication.
We will do our best to verify submissions through official sources, official documentation, or multiple trusted community reports where possible.
If we are unable to reasonably verify information, we may not be able to publish it.
This helps us keep the Knowledge Base as accurate, reliable, and useful as possible for everyone.

• do not submit case numbers, passport numbers, or identity numbers,
• do not submit private documents,
• and please avoid rumors, guesses, or unverified claims.
